Review on Swanson by Keith Iverson

Swanson is known for its high-quality health and household products, but their online shop left much to be desired in my experience. Although their prices are reasonable, their website is poorly organized and challenging to use. It's difficult to find what you're looking for because the search bar often returns unrelated results. The pages in the checkout procedure also take an abnormally long time to load, making the overall experience frustrating. Customer support was unresponsive and gave me unhelpful answers when I had questions about my order. I was already frustrated and disappointed, and this made it worse. In general, Swanson's web shop is not up to par. The website's aesthetics and usefulness are hopelessly outdated, and the quality of customer support is subpar. Although Swanson's goods might be high quality, the company's website leaves a lot to be desired.
