I bought this product because I need a surveillance system that cannot connect to the internet/WiFi. Everyone has unlimited data on their mobile phones so we don't see the point of home Wi-Fi anymore, plus home Wi-Fi is very expensive these days. This camera system came with four cameras and each camera with a very long cable. Setting up this device for testing and training was very easy, less than 10 minutes. Wiring from the DVR hub to the cameras can be tricky depending on the structure of your building or what you are monitoring. Installing the cameras was very easy, and each camera has its own little ranch for adjusting angles and tilts. The quality of the cameras is incredibly clear and the night vision is surprisingly amazing. This model also has a motion detection function that allows you to set the pre-recording time. The DVR console comes with a USB mouse that allows you to navigate menus directly on your monitor or TV screen. I've never been so excited to catch my neighbor's dogs pooping in my yard. 👍🏻👍🏻 The support wait time is very short and also very caring and helpful. In fact the support team was contacted via email before I received my device and they explained to me that they were there to help set everything up and prep and let them help me before I offered to writing a negative feedback but even without her help I was able to figure everything out because the guide is very simple and clear. I highly recommend this product. The instructions also included options to use the iOS or Android apps so you can control your mobile cameras, but I didn't use that option as I want to stay private. Good product
