This charger charges my wheelchair's batteries fairly quickly and the little green lights on the side of the charger indicate if the batteries are 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% charged are . charged as each of them will burn as they are gradually charged. There is also a red light to indicate that the charger is on and the batteries are not charged. The charging lights flash while charging and the fan cools the charger. My main complaint and for me it's quite big and I almost returned it but I really needed it so I didn't but the cord from the car to the plug that goes in your chair is EXTREMELY SHORT! I mean short! In my OEM charger, the cord needs to be at least 5 feet long. That's about 3 feet if you're lucky, so there's not much room to move the chair away from the charger. That being said I'm hoping this lasts as my other one was still working but lasted over 10 years.
