Received the bracelet on time but had to send it back. Quality control is clearly lacking. The central chain on one side of the strip was significantly longer than the other chains. Also, the chains themselves, which are attached to the part that connects to the watch, do not move smoothly, get stuck and do not rotate, so the chains are different lengths. This group should never have left the factory door. I was very disappointed. Although it was nice. A few days ago I gave this item 2 stars based on my original shipment. I sent the product back, but since I really liked it, I decided to order another one. The novelty came in a beautiful metal box where the original was in a plastic bag. The second time everything was as it should be. The chains are the right length and move slightly so they all line up correctly. The color is great and it attaches nicely and easily to my Inspire HR. I have a very small hand so the links come off very easily. The only thing was only removing 3 links I removed but it was still a bit big. I raised it a bit, didn't like it but since I won't be wearing it every day I figured it would be acceptable. I can't blame the company for that. I am what my husband calls a squirtle. The end result was a great purchase.
