Review on VINCI Bang Dice Game by James Jenkins

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Fast, fun, easy to learn

When I got this game in 2016 I took my kids (6 and 9 years old) away from commercial games (Candyland, Chutes & Ladders) and introduced dice games for the first time (Dice Zombies, Throw Dungeon). I love westerns, kids love dice so this game seemed perfect for us. The whole family will enjoy the game; we have since bought the expansions and the deck with some of its expansions. My gaming group also loves this game. It's usually played by 3-4 people in my house, but I think 5-6 is best. Each player gets a role: sheriff, deputy, renegate, or outlaw. The sheriff and deputy must eliminate the criminals and renegades, the criminals must eliminate the sheriff, and the renegade must eliminate everyone. The game ends when the Sheriff is eliminated. It's important to note that the renegade won't win until all other reels have been eliminated. So the aim of the game is not to kill the sheriff as quickly as possible. The game is played in Try Your Luck mode, with each player taking turns throwing the dice. The dice have edges that damage other players, but if three Dynamites are thrown, that player takes damage. bam! The dice game is easy to learn and quick to play. My kids and friends who don't play games learned fast. There's a lot less strategy involved in craps than in cards, but that's part of the appeal. This game is meant to be played quickly with fast moves. The components are solid. We've been playing this game for 4 years now and we haven't had any problems. This game is for people who are looking for something fast, e.g. B. between longer games or as an alternative to something like Yahtzee. It's great for introducing kids to a game that's a little harder than commercial games.
