I love them for sifting spaghetti. I highly recommend wiping with a cloth after hand washing, especially under the rim to ensure no water gets under the rim. Again, you have to be smart with the SS class. This is not a surgical SS that is bulletproof! If you made it out of 440 it would be $125! The reason for my comment is that some of the reviewers were disappointed that the devices were prone to rusting. Again, different grades of SS have different levels of corrosion resistance. So just wash and dry - do not air dry. Good? Enjoy!
