I'm not sure if my freezer is set too cold, but when my ice cream freezes, it turns cloudy so you can't see detail in the Death Stars. Some of the problems I'm trying to solve is finding the right amount of water to add so that when the ice expands, it doesn't first close the hole in the top where you add water and expand the silicone that holds the halves separates. It might also freeze if I try deionized water or a slower freezing process, but I'm not sure.
