Faulty product: VoIP

After a long deal with Plantronics customer support, our headset problem was narrowed down to this adapter. The ability to hear the person on the other end doesn't work. You hear them for a while and then all is quiet. Happens frequently. I wish we could replace it. Too bad there isn't even a one-year guarantee.
