I was a little skeptical about the ergonomic benefits, but was pleasantly surprised to find that I sit more upright when using the laptop. It also made my keyboard work easier as I'm not the best at it and the angle could improve it for me. I can't wait to take this with me on my next trip. The stand is very easy to unfold and adjust to the desired height in no time at all. After use, simply flip the legs and supports back and snap the two halves together. The resistance for the wishbones as well as when opening and closing seems to be optimal, does not dangle or bind. My laptop was fairly stable when using the stand. I will also use it when lying in bed or using a blanket which tends to overheat the computer when it picks it up. I also understand that this could be used for books or other reading or reference material that might benefit from a stand. Its closed shape and size fits right in my pocket or backpack. All in all, I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a multifunctional stand that's both work-ready and easy to take with you!
