Review on 🚨 Kidde Hardwired Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detector with Lithium Battery Backup - Pack of 6 by Andrew Schreider

We bought a set of 6 and 2 separate units (from another Revain supplier). Three of the six units were defective - a low battery warning sounded. (changed devices to confirm the problem). I sent all 6 back for a refund. Bought 6 more separate units (this vendor only accepts returns of "defective" units). Of the six received, one was defective - same battery warning. An online chat with Revain Customer Service resulted in a device replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement also had the same issue (low battery warning). Revain customer service gave us a refund after a long discussion to troubleshoot. I will contact Kidde about the poor quality control of this device. I wouldn't buy them again.
