It's easy to use for both guests and employees, plus it allows us to keep up-to-date with our guest information without having to constantly go into the main system.

The only thing I dislike is that sometimes you have to refresh your page in order to see changes made by others, but this has been fixed since they updated the software! We've had great success using Connect Mobile as an additional tool to improve customer service. Our staff can now easily check if guests are still at home or not when checking out via phone call. This also helps track down lost items we find while doing housekeeping.
