not bad not amazing
The blades are sharp and very beautiful. Not as hard as I expected, but that's ok. I've noticed red drips from the handles and the knives don't seem to have been cleaned at all before being packed and shipped. Overall, I really don't think I would pay anywhere near $200 again for these knives, but it's not a bad set.
