Would highly recommend this pan! I bought this because my granddaughter was staying with us and I wanted to make her fun pancakes instead of the usual pancakes. She loved emojis! I was expecting the pancakes to be a bit more difficult to flip and that wasn't a problem as I also bought a silicone spatula with curved corners. It's definitely not sticky, but I brushed the cavities with some olive oil just in case. The heat distribution is good. So I bought a frying pan with an induction base. I always preheat the skillet or skillet I use to make pancakes. Don't worry if the first batch of pancakes comes out a little lighter (I always do). If your pancakes are getting dark or uneven, just turn the heat down a bit. My only "complaint" is that it didn't come with three freebies.
