I always seem to need one more little place to put things in my workshop. I got these so I can use one to set any smaller equipment or battery while it is being charged from a wall plugin, and set my cell phone when I need it handy, but always know where it is. Then I used two more to put some trophies on the wall here and there, and one to keep some air compressor adapters handy on.OK, probably not the typical use, which is in a house for knickknacks and photos. An d these would look very nice for that: clean, simple, and shiny white. But the point is you could use them many places: kitchen, bath, workshop, den, wherever. I'm very happy with them.Keep in mind if you mount into sheetrock, weight on it has to be kept to a minimum if you use the screws and drywall receivers supplied. If you need them to hold more, just get some longer screws and deeper/better drywall tubes. That's what I decided to do, although I had some already on hand, so a no-brainer for me.
