Very portable

This is a USB document scanner/camera. When folded, the device measures approximately 10.25 x 3 inches. When unfolded, it sits no more than 12 inches above your document. It is powered by a USB cable, which also transmits data. The lens has built-in lighting with brightness control. The device has a loop for a cable lock on the corner. A microSD card slot is available. At the top are controls for zooming in and capturing the screen. A microphone is built into the base. On the back of the base are USB ports and an HDMI port. A software CD is also included in the package. The software only works with Windows computers, not with Macs. I find this device suitable for online learning. It's good for viewing videos, especially if you're writing on paper or a whiteboard. The microphone works well. The device is also suitable for scanning simple documents. You can instantly transfer the data to your computer or save it to a micro SD card (sold separately). The software is unintuitive and a bit buggy, which is very bad. Overall, this device is good for live demos and also has some document camera capabilities, but the included software is difficult to use.
