Miswiring at factory

Resistor bank reversed as factory wired. As a result, the fan motor turns in the wrong direction and no air comes out of the ventilation slots. The solution is to cut the power harness from the resistor pack to the fan motor and swap the black and green wires. I can't believe the block is still being sold by Revain or anyone else.
