I decided to get some headphones as a present. Arrived in a timely manner, was successfully received, and verified on the Apple website, which is the original. But, the warranty ran out more than a year ago. In general, I was able to resolve the issue by contacting Apple's customer support service for about three hours. As a consequence of this, they voided the warranty, and everything returned to its previous state. the following is how the story unfolded: A year ago, market purchased brand new headphones from some office, and at the time of purchase, the guarantee began to take effect. When we provided a sales receipt, we omitted the information about the purchase and, consequently, the start date of the warranty because the packaging had not been opened and no one had contacted Apple support regarding the warranty. This was because neither of these events had occurred. which, by the way, was not without its share of difficulties: offers it, but the serial number is not hard-coded into the item itself. I was required to modify the glare and manually drive it in. It is to Apple's credit that they understood the problem and took action. There are no problems with the product's quality.
