I bought a pair of Crocs for my 8 year old grandson. He was wearing the shoes ONE day and the rivet broke. I bought them on a trip so I couldn't return them and they were expensive! The plastic part broke off, it was not possible to restore it. I went to the Crocs website and they don't sell replacement parts! Luckily I found this company. They were inexpensive and delivered quickly. I put it in a boot and it's perfect!
