The rice cooker looks beautiful, but the rice cooks unevenly. Rice is either too hard or too soft. I tried adjusting the water level but the texture of the top and bottom layers of rice is different. I returned it and tried others, Panasonic, Zojirushi induction but they still fell short of my expectations. I finally got the Tiger Induction IH rice cooker, the rice is more even and portionable.
