I just had my first bottle of Cold Brew Coffee and it was way better than I expected. I filled the grounds container to the top of the mesh area with some strong, coarsely ground and locally roasted free trade African beans, filled them with cold water and let them sit at room temperature for 12 hours. I then took out the cup holder, gave it a shake out with a few good swipes, and cleaned it lightly with a spray bottle in the sink. Then I added some soy milk powder for cream and some sugar, shook the bottle to mix and was ready to go. I've always loved coffee, but I'm not a huge fan of hot drinks, so the convenience of making it right in a plastic bottle that I can take with me in the morning beats any other way I've tried making iced coffee before.
