The first order was great! Strong, strong, excellent combs! Then I ordered 2 more orders: a set of 7 and a set of 9. That was sent. CLEARLY NOT SUCH ridges. I am literally trying to get a refund and feel cheated. To be honest I liked the first sentence. What happened?! HELP! Do I have to order ONE SET?! What's wrong with this company?! So disappointed. For real.
