Stay away if the look of your gear is important to you. In this case I placed my brand new Fluke 289. A week later, I took the meter out of the case and noticed a very light black spot on the Fluke's yellow case. Thinking it might be a manufacturing defect in the case, which I didn't realize when I first put the meter in the Hank case, I dismissed it. After some fiddling and a little mad at the label, I put the gauge back into this hunk case. A few weeks later I open the case and find more black spots on the 289's case. Nothing will erase the marks from the counter, no alcohol, no magic eraser. I think the color of Hanky's body stains (paints) the body of my $700 Fluke! Not only do I want my money back, I want the seller to pay for a new Fluke 289 jacket! 🤬
