This is definitely the best tofu press for the price. However, it is important to follow the directions on the packaging. If you reduce the speed too much, you'll break the sides of the tofu. You have to be in the kitchen every few minutes with high blood pressure. Personally, I'm too impatient for that and just let the tofu crack.
