Works great. I have a 2012 Ford Fusion. The fan resistor has failed. I replaced the fan motor and fan motor resistor and the air conditioner worked again. About a year later, the fan motor resistance (BMR) started doing the same. I replaced the BMR again and it only took a week. It turned out to be a burned connector. It appears to be a Ford Fusion issue. Some fans output the wrong amount of current, causing the BMR and connector to burn out. This time I replaced the motor, BMR and cable assembly. All in all it took me about 15 minutes. The air conditioning works great now. If you need help google it, there are videos on youtube showing how to do it. Saved me about $1000 and took 15 minutes.
