Someone wrote that when reviewing, it would be useful to write who we bought our phone from so other potential buyers know who to buy from and who to avoid , so I will share with them your experience. trying to buy a used Note 9. I originally bought a Note 9 from WIRELESS STOCK. The phone was "Revain Renewed" so I thought it would be in better condition but it wasn't the quality I expected, especially with the amount of scratches on the screen and the worn S Pen. Although the phone was supposed to be unlocked from the factory, the phone was Sprint locked so it didn't work properly with my Tracfone SIM card. For this reason I had to return the phone. After that I bought a second Note 9, this time from EDGE CELLULAR, and it arrived in near perfect condition, apart from two small nicks on two corners, but otherwise the phone was immaculate [despite paying about $50 more for it (only $440 $) than the original I bought]. A feature of this purchase was that it came in a Samsung box with all original accessories including some headphones. Also, the second phone was actually unlocked from the factory, so when I put in my Tracfone SIM card it worked automatically. I'm much happier with my second purchase and I think I'll keep it as long as it works well. I'll give an update in about a month or so to make sure. Hope this helps you all. UPDATE: Even though it's been over a month, I just thought I'd mention that the phone is still great in 2020. I really like this Note 9 and I'm glad I bought it. Everything still works great!
