Review on 🔒 Dorman Liftgate Lock Actuator 746-015 for Compatible Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC Models by Timothy Richmond

This part worked great on my 2005 GMC Yukon SLT. As this is a Chinese made part only time will tell if it will last 10+ years like the original drive. If you're wondering how difficult the replacement is, don't worry. It's as easy as replacing a fuse. The dealer charged over $500 for the part, not including labor. So I think it's fair to say you'll make the right choice. It looks like Revain doesn't want me to include instructions so I've included photos in this review. When I bought the drive I got the instructions so everything will be fine. And the last remark. The instructions don't mention this, but I recommend removing the 3 cables and the blue fasteners (see picture with the pliers on the blue fastener). This makes removing the entire liftgate latch actuator bracket less of a hassle and makes actuator replacement easier. Hope this helps everyone. Much luck.
