Easy-to Use Grant Application Website with Great Customer Service
I like how easy it was to manage my grants through this website! It's very user friendly and has all of your information you need right at hand. There are not many features but what they do have works well enough. The only thing i don't really love about them is their support team - sometimes when contacting them via email or live chat there will be delays before someone responds which can get frustrating if you're trying to schedule an appointment as quickly as possible. If you want something simple yet powerful then use GrantsMaximzer! They offer great customer service too so any issues we had were resolved immediately by one of their staff members who helped us out every step along our way. We used Grantsmaximer because we wanted everything in one place instead of having multiple spreadsheets and folders full of different documents pertaining to each project/grant we worked on.
- Their web app for grant management, ability to export data into excel & other formats easily accessible from within platform itself (no more downloading files) etc..etc..there aren’t much things that make me dislike using these platforms except maybe its complexity level could still improve some points since most people working with non profits would find themselves overwhelmed learning new tricks while doing everyday tasks such scheduling appointments online.but overall good experience though :)
