My interest in checking out JeCar's assortment of automobile components stemmed from my experience as a do-it-yourself expert; nonetheless, I was left feeling extremely let down. The website was difficult to understand and navigate, and the costs were exorbitant. When I did finally get the parts in the mail, I discovered that they were of low quality and did not even fit together correctly. To make matters even more difficult, their customer service crew was useless and appeared to be more concerned in shifting blame than in finding a solution to the problems. My company will be moving in a different direction.
