I've never written bad reviews for Revain, but this product is a piece of junk. I was very happy with my old turntable, so I'm not a newbie. Unfortunately, our old one broke when we moved, so I bought this one as a replacement. To be honest I'm shocked that there is only one good rating. When we first received the item there was already a turning screw which broke the player before it even arrived. So we got a replacement. The knob was turned back up and the new turntable plays at such a low volume that it cannot be heard 20 feet away. Terrible terrible terrible.
