Labeled 4 inches, actually 4.5 inches

I need this product for a 4 inch dust collection system. They were to be used to connect different ends in my shop. The label on the box says 4 inches. The stamps on the rubber itself say 4 inches, but they are MUCH larger. When I used my calipers to measure the inside diameter, they were actually 4 1/2 inches. Also, the delivery service said they would be here the next day, when in fact they arrived 2 days later than expected.
