Not very sharp!
Thought it would be a good choice for portable cutting boards but after a short period of regular use they are already showing heavy wear on the surface. Wanted a hygienic option for meat and 3 sizes seemed like a good deal but I doubt they will last a year. An attractive option for occasional slicing, but if you cook a lot, you need something better.
