I love how easy it was to use; there are no complicated steps or anything like this! This makes my life so much easier because not only am i able find what im looking fo r but also when needed be easily corrected as well with minimal effort required of me by anyone else in our office who may have used something similar previously before we purchased eviSort - which has been wonderful!! Nothing at all really bad about either product nor customer service if you're considering using them both together (which isn't necessary).
