Review on 🌤️ AcuRite Iris (5-in-1) Wireless Weather Station: Monitor Indoor/Outdoor Climate with Digital Display (01512M) by Curtis Thilges

I bought this product about two years ago. Over the course of 6 months I noticed that the wind indicator was not working properly, meaning it was changing very slowly to show the correct wind speed and direction. After about a month the temperature sensor started to fail, ie it registered up to about 98 degrees and then froze, regardless of the outside temperature. Sometimes it restarted at night and is measuring correctly, if not accurately. About three weeks ago the device completely froze and did not work. I called Acu-Rite and got a voicemail saying I was in line for 150 and would have to wait 165 minutes. Instead, I decided to write via email. I received an email reply that they would be happy to help. The next day I received an "unanswered" email with the work order number and saying I was being serviced the same way my email was received. It was July 26, 2018 and I haven't heard from them since. I emailed them yesterday with another request to investigate my issue. I have not heard anything. I will throw away this branch and never deal with it again!
