Works very well, especially considering the price. The earbuds are slightly larger than usual and take a little getting used to, but otherwise very comfortable. Really the only complaint I have is that the clip box can be annoying at times as I don't wear clothes that conveniently clip things to and it's too heavy to hang. I use these headphones to sleep when my neighbor is playing loud music and they work well most of the time. It won't help for party levels, but it's good for what I need.
