My husband has a new truck and his policy was not to eat or drink in the back seat which is obviously a problem when you have kids and are going on a long trip! So we opted for blankets instead to make him more comfortable because his skin was protected and our kids didn't complain about being "starved" the whole trip. Worked great! They fit snugly so took a little time to install but now they've held up great for 6 weeks and 2 rides. The plan is to keep them indefinitely until our children are older. They wash well, look good and are comfortable. The eldest still feels her seat getting warmer thanks to the cushions in case anyone is wondering how they would work in this situation. Highly recommended! A great value for our lives with children and for not having new truck seats sticking out like a thumb.
