Sometimes you get a giraffe; This time I received the wig
Used although I bought a new one. Was already out of the box. Everything was simply gathered in a heap and thrown into a box. There was junk on the remote like someone had used it for a while and then just tossed it back in the box. It does not work. Of the 40 videos, one played and the rest were distorted. It also (as a bonus) fully encrypted my USB drive so it's no longer needed. I'm really looking forward to using this device.
