Review on 🐠 Hygger Submersible Aquarium Powerhead 2000GPH Fish Tank Wavemaker Circulation Pump for Freshwater and Saltwater - 360 Degree Rotatable Head Pump, 16W by Anna Goetz

Huge without much power

This powerhead is VERY, VERY big. I have a 135 gallon tank and this thing looked massive and ugly in it. It moved the plants gently but was a complete eyesore. The claim that heads can rotate 360 degrees is completely false. I could barely move my head before it fell off. I'm very gentle about things and not very strong, so it's not like I'm using too much force. I bought a Uniclife 3400 GPH controlled wave generator with a W-40 controller and magnetic mount for a saltwater freshwater aquarium. Sure it costs a bit more, but it's a lot smaller, less obtrusive, and I set it to the lowest setting and there's quite a bit of water movement in my large tank. A bit of an overstatement, it actually created hot tubs that my kids thought were absolutely amazing. I sent back the Hygger Power Head. It had enough water movement in my 55 liter tank, but considering it looked massive in my large tank, it looked downright ridiculous in my 55 liter tank. I would save time and just have a better starting point.
