I love love love my frying pan! I love the fact that I can make a big meal, but I can also put it in the oven! THE ONLY THING THAT HAS TO BE REALLY CAREFUL IS WHEN YOU REMOVE IT FROM THE OVEN. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. THIS PEN IS HOTTER THAN A FLAME! I KNOW I BURNED PART OF MY ARM. Things are better now, so now when I pull it out I automatically place a hot gloved pad on the handle. Like cooking and cleaning. Wow! Cooking is very easy, although I had to get used to it and clean it. it was fantastic! And no need to soak! An excellent pan for the money that will definitely pay off. I hope it will last for many years and I will enjoy it! Oh yes, one more thing. The pan came in the box itself. not much packaging or excess paper around it from shifting around in the box, but nothing was broken and everything was fine. I just wish they put some extra paper around the pan before shipping. Next to. it's 10!
