The waste size is the same and not suitable for a height of 36 inches and under.
The size was too big and could not give me the support I needed. I'm 34-36 inches, average build, about 5'7", 190 lbs. The product didn't stay in place. I would leave, but the pouch area still wouldn't hold on to me. I've found that good tight pants work better.
