Review on Enhanced GM/OPEL VXDIAG VCX Nano GDS2 and Tech2Win Diagnostic Tool with Global Diagnostic Programming System GDS & GDS2 by Robert Aan

I was able to get this to work on the Windows 8 Pro BootCamp 64-bit install that I keep on my MacBook. I wanted it there because it's my main travel computer. After many hours (one can get better at that) and countless failed driver installs, I finally got it working. I had an issue with the version of GDS2 on disk - and I never knew about it because I have a 2008. But on a whim I downloaded another version from a random website in Chinese (thanks to Google Translate) that can install T2W drivers from VX Manager. Before I tried this it always said "driver not installed" and T2W didn't recognize the device. Now that it works I'm very happy - just like the Tech2 but without the clunky Candi module to lug around with the massive Tech2. I tested all functions on my Escalade and there were no problems with the module communicating in both directions.
