I live in Decatur, Illinois and decided I needed free channels. I have tried other lower quality antennas in the past but let me tell you. You get what you pay for. YouTube antenna video websites helped me choose the right antenna. It is mounted at 20 feet on my old cymbal stand and bracket. It comes with 3-way splitter and 4G/3G repeater. I used my existing direct TV cable lines and installation was easy. Once you're done, check out the sites your towers are on and list them. Then make sure you position them to get as many channels as possible. My results: 25 channels during the day and I rescanned at night and pulled out a total of 32 channels. But I would definitely recommend this product. It is also weather and UV resistant.
