Love this knife. It's a great weight and so perfectly balanced I can hold it with one finger. The blade is extremely strong and the edge has survived the dishwasher unscathed after being accidentally run through the machine. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and I've never had to sharpen a blade. Very agile, very strong. Although the handle is very shiny, it offers an excellent grip. My only problem with this knife? The back of the blade is at an angle that can really cut into your hands when slicing tough foods (like cheese), but it slides with little to no resistance when cutting meat and vegetables. Worth every penny and I won't hesitate to buy another one.
