I bought this because it's black to match other appliances but I ended up putting it in a cupboard and using the appliance I bought previously . The reason I don't like this is that you have to lift the entire grinder to pour the ground coffee into the pot. Therefore, the cord must be long enough for this, which means that the cord is stretched loosely across the countertop. It only grinds when the button is held down, another feature that's not perfect. I only kept it because it can serve as a backup or be used to grind nuts or other things. Recommend finding one that allows the ground coffee cup to be removed from the base for pouring.
