Grinders Not Up to Restaurant Standards
These grinders were a complete disappointment. As a professional chef, I was hoping for something that could handle the demands of a commercial kitchen, but these just don't cut it. The adjustable coarseness is finicky and inconsistent, making meal prep a nightmare. On the bright side, they may work for the average home and kitchen. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I know to stay away from these for any professional use.
