Review on Mobile Reach - Mobile Field Workforce Enablement by Marco Hubbard

I like the ability of the app to be able to track tasks, time and attendance. The reporting capabilities are excellent as well. Nothing really. This has been very helpful in tracking our employees hours. We have also used this to track customer service issues with our customers. This is helping us identify where we need to focus our training efforts. I like that it allows me as an owner of my business to be able to see what is happening with our workforce in real time, anywhere! It has been great so far but we are still working out some kinks. If you have employees who work remotely or don't always use their computers/phones this software can help keep track of them throughout the day. We've found it very helpful when they're not at our office location.
