Bought to keep our 1 year old from running into the sea during a tropical vacation. It worked great! I washed it 3 times on the trip to get rid of the salt water and sand and it's held up great - no protruding threads or anything. In addition to its functionality - it was sooooo cute! Everyone wanted to know where we got our cute monkey backpack from. Love it and will use it often now that we are home. My son loves it too :)
