After reading the reviews on this product, I decided to order it. When it arrived it was missing one of the two screws needed to attach the quarter turn bracket to the base of the bracket that attaches to the saddle rails. I went through Revain's returns process to order a replacement. The replacement came, and while this one had all its parts, one of the two bolts that attach the mount to the saddle rails spins indefinitely without actually securing the mount to the mount. saddle rails. So now two items, both defective. I can't say I think this item is worth $19.99. For this price it should come with all working parts and possibly a spare screw of any size. I would recommend looking for another product that attaches the rear Varia to the saddle rails.
