Not what I expected
These are cute and would work well if you were looking for more of a decorative book end. I ended up having to find something else for my son's books. I tried to use these on an open shelf on each end of a row of books. There was just too much weight and the books kept tipping sideways. They are super cute and I plan on using them for decoration, they just weren't what I was expecting.
