Technical defect for household appliances

Looks good, the lid is solid, but there are some problems with the device. The main problem is that when the cover is in the down position over the burners, it rests on the gas control knobs. When you press firmly on the buttons to fully seat, the cap is still held by the buttons, which allows the buttons to rotate and gas to flow. Under the right conditions, such as B. Driving on the road with an open LPG tank, there is a possibility that the gas will leak and cause a fire or explosion if a spark is generated. What I did was put a small closet bumper under the cover. So if it's in the down position, it's going up. Another solution is to install shorted handles. That this block came out with such a defect indicates poor design and quality control on the part of the company. I called the company to make them aware of this issue but I couldn't speak to anyone and gave up. Another issue I've had is that I can't set the gas to anything other than a very low flame as it flaps at higher settings. I am obviously very unhappy with the stove and regret not having installed it while it was still under the rear window. Nobody should fix problems that should have been fixed during the design and production process.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
