We bought this thermometer because we had a problem with spoiled food in our fridge. When we put it in the fridge we couldn't get any readings below 50+ degrees. Because of this, we contacted the service center. It turned out that this thermometer read a lot more than the actual temperature of the fridge. Yes, there was a part that needed replacing, but that wasn't based on the readings we got from this fridge. Master said that this is a very bad product. Even after the repair, the thermometer still showed the "danger zone". the craftsman had to use his thermometer to convince us that we could safely put the food back in the appliance!
